Pricing for each race can be different. It all depends on what you need and how involved you need us to be.
Basic Timing Package
For basic timing of the race, to include a start/finish arch at the same location, timing clock, PA system and bibs/chips for each runner, you should expect around $4 a runner. We offer this service, with a minimum payment of $500, to allow for even the smallest races to afford their runners the big race experience of chip timing. This $500 will allow for UP TO 125 racers to be timed, with an additional $4 per runner fee after.
The addition of a second timing point (split mat, or different finish than start) adds $500 for each additional point.
Further costs may accumulate, dependent on what additional services you need. Please contact us directly with the specifics of your event. We ALWAYS welcome RFPs (Requests For Pricing) from races and will try to get you a quote within a few days of being contacted.
We can also work with you to certify your course through the USATF (USA Track and Field) organization, allowing your runners to use their half marathon and marathon times to be qualifiers for national events (such as Boston, New York City Marathon, etc).
